DIRECTIONS

  • Diffuse Germ Fighter in a large open room; add to water or white vinegar in a spray bottle for a natural household cleaner. To help keep yourself healthy--once exposed -- mix 1 drop of Germ Fighter with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil of your choice and massage into your feet - especially at bedtime and again in the morning before dressing! For topical use, dilute to a maximum of 2%.
  • Place 5 drops of Respir Aid in a large bowl of water that is just too hot for skin contact (not boiling) and inhale for 5 minutes. This method is not safe for small children. Alternatively, mix at a 5% dilution in a carrier oil or balm and use as a chest rub.
  • Diffuse Citrus Burst using your favorite diffuser or atomizer. Put 10-15 drops in your cleaning bucket to help freshen the area you are cleaning. Add 30 drops to 2 cups of baking soda and sprinkle over your carpets; let sit for at least 30 minutes and then vacuum. For topical use, dilute to 1% or less.
Germ Fighter: Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 0.5-2% in a carrier.

Immune Aid: Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 1-3% in a carrier.

Rapid Relief: Topical - Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.

Tranquil: Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 3-4% in a carrier.

Relax: Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier. 

Muscle Aid: Topical - Dilute to 3-6% in a carrier.

Respir Aid: Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.

Sensual: Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.

Brain Aid: Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.

Gut Aid: Topical - Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier and gently massage onto the abdomen. 

Energy: Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.

Holiday Season: Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use for passive diffusion

Citrus Burst: Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 0.5-1% in a carrier.

Nature Shield: Aromatic - Diffuse outdoors using 8-10 drops per 100 mL of water. Topical - Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.
