DIRECTIONS

Organic Citronella: To help promote a clean environment in your home during seasonal illness threats, diffuse equal parts Organic Citronella and Cinnamon Leaf into the air. Add to your favorite carrier oil to help with underarm perspiration.

Add 1 drop of Organic Citronella and 2 drops of Organic Tea Tree to 1 Tablespoon of Fractionated Coconut oil or aloe vera gel to use on funky toenails that result from being barefoot in shared showers or swimming pool areas.

Combine equal parts Organic Citronella, Organic Lemongrass, and Cinnamon Leaf. Add to witch hazel and spray around the perimeter of your gathering to help combat flying and crawling critters.

Organic Rosemary: To help with occasional digestive upset, add 2-3 drops of Organic Rosemary to 1 Tbsp of your favorite carrier and rub into the abdomen.

Before a big test in school (for teens and adult students) make an inhaler with equal part Organic Rosemary and Organic Lemon essential oil. Sniff the inhaler frequently while studying; then just before the test, sniff again several times.

When combined with Black Pepper, Organic Rosemary can also increase skin circulation which can be useful in warming massage blends.

Organic Atlas Cedarwood: This essential oil can be used as part of an insect blend along with Organic Citronella, Organic Lemon Eucalyptus, and Organic Catnip essential oils.

Organic Atlas Cedarwood can also help support healthy respiratory function: Diffuse equal amounts of Cedarwood and Pine essential oils together to make a soothing aroma which can help with respiratory problems associated with pollen. It can also be mixed with a carrier oil and rubbed on the upper chest to help ease congested breathing.

Help promote a healthy, flake-free scalp: Add a few drops of Organic Atlas Cedarwood to your favorite shampoo. Men especially love Organic Atlas Cedarwood oil because of the crisp, masculine scent it gives to aftershave and other personal care products.

Organic Eucalyptus Globulus: Diffuse Organic Eucalyptus Globulus and Organic Frankincense essential into the air to help support clear breathing. Adding a couple of drops of Eucalyptus to an inhaler blend of Organic Rosemary and Organic Lemon essential oils can help as an afternoon “pick-me-up.”

Organic Peppermint: To help relieve head and neck tension dilute Organic Peppermint using a 1-3% ratio with your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil and apply to the neck and temples when tension occurs.

For an amazing foot soak add a few drops of Organic Peppermint to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and a ½ cup of Epsom salt; dissolve in warm water and pamper your feet after a long day.

Organic Sweet Orange: Add Organic Sweet Orange, Vanilla Oleoresin and Coffee essential oils to a cup of sugar (half white, half brown) and a teaspoon of Grapeseed Carrier Oil for an invigorating bath scrub.
