DESCRIPTION
Organic Clary Sage is a favorite amongst oil users as a go-to when it comes to women’s issues. To help relieve the issues brought on by a normal woman's menstrual cycle, Clary Sage can be used topically or diffused to create a balancing atmosphere that may support calming emotions. The wonderful aroma of Organic Clary Sage is very earthy and has hints that are fruity, floral, nutty, and herbaceous.

DIRECTIONS
For menstrual pain, combine 2 drops of Clary Sage Organic, 2 drops of Geranium Bourbon Organic, and 2 drops of Marjoram Sweet Organic in your favorite carrier oil and apply to the lower abdomen in a circular motion. Alternatively, add to your favorite carrier oil and use as a daily moisturizer or diffuse into the air for its mood-enhancing properties. For topical application, dilute to 2-5%.
