The 4th (Heart) Chakra is the center of our ability to offer unconditional love and acceptance to ourselves and others.

This chakra can be easily and deeply wounded, affecting the wellbeing of our whole being. Healing our own hearts allows us to help heal the world around us. DIRECTIONS

Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 1-3% in a carrier and apply to wrists or anoint the area representing the chakra (chest) by gently massaging in a clockwise direction.
