DIRECTIONS
Each essential oil can be diffused using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or used with an aromatherapy inhaler. For topical application, please dilute with your favorite carrier oil or lotion to the following recommended levels:
Lavender: 2-5%
Eucalyptus Globulus: 2-5%
Cinnamon Cassia: 0.05%
Peppermint: maximum of 5%
Rosemary 1,8-Cineole: 2-4%
Lemon: 1-2%
