Chill Out Essential Oil Blend

DESCRIPTION

Chill Out blend was specifically created to evoke a sense of peace and calm. This blend may help calm the nervous irritation that can be caused from lack of nicotine.

DIRECTIONS

Chill Out can be directly inhaled or diffused. It can be very calming when added to your bath using ¼ cup of Epsom salt, 1 oz. milk, and 3-5 drops of the synergy.

Dilute Chill Out with a carrier oil at a 2-3% and rub on the temples, back of neck and feet at night to promote a good night’s rest.
