Tossing and turning in the middle of the night due to life’s hardships and feelings of anxiety? Blend this with Sandalwood or Lavender to help you get a good night’s rest. When diluted in a carrier oil, Catnip can even help tensions in muscles or headaches. It is also useful for helping to relieve gas pain. As tempting as the name is, do not use this essential for your feline friends, this is only intended for human, pup, or pony use only.
DIRECTIONS
Aromatic - Diffuse using 1-2 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 0.5-2% in a carrier.
